Description:

A superb compression arete with crimps featuring a tall but moderate topout.

Stand/crouch start with a small left hand crimp and an odd right hand crimp/pinch right next to it. Make some tough moves up the arete by compressing, crimping, and heel hooking until you reach a juggy crimp on the right at around 10 feet. From here it's around V5/6 to the top but the landing is rather poor if you don't have enough pads.

With 7 pads we were able to take falls all the way up to the last move going left hand up to the good crack/sidepull about 3 feet below the break.
